can only find this from it's user manual:

    4.4 Software Upgrade
By this function, you can upgrade software via RS-232 serial port.
Upgrade Mode: Select the desired upgrade mode from
    code,logo,programe list and all.
which isn't very detailed is it! i ain't got one myself so i'm sorry bud but i can't be of any more help but this may well be a case of 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it'!

yeah your right IT aint broke and you can forget the instuctions book (just curious)I"d better point out that the link"bareja" posted is for the australian site and the bin file that comes with the loader will be no good in europe you can get european files easy enough though(they end in EU)
but your right "doji" I think I"ll give it best.

    Default update satlink ws6906

    http://www.megavideo.com/?v=A5R7NL6Z

    You will need:
Computer with an RS232 or USB to RS232 converter
Special programming cable RS232 / USB
    WS-6906

First connect the monitor to your computer
    The "Upgrade.exe"
Third Download "ws6906_satlinkmeters.bin" operating software / firmware
4 Select the correct COM port, always dependent on RS232 COM 1, when the converter system
5 Click Next, the software tries to connect to the meter
    6 Disconnect the device now.
7 The software is now loaded
8 Click Next, data is stored in memory
9 Click Done when the data is loaded.
    Done!

    Code:

I had tried to use the software Satlink Tools downloaded from Sat-link website (not China) but always show the message "fail to connect with com 1". I had tried to contact manufacturer by e-mail to solve many doubts but no answer until today. The software Satlink tools is indicate to all models WS-xxxx. I made a test in the com 1 serial port and cable too. No problem found. What´s wrong ?
