can't upload files?

can't upload files?
today been try to upload some files i get files fail to upload..is any one got this prob?
or can you gives a tip how to sort it out,i am using firefox and explorer both the same error its me or the forum need to be adjusted..i haven't got prob upload on other forum...

No mate it is a permissions this that i have someone looking into.
