Dreambox in USA

i am sending db to my brother in usa
can he use dreambox there?
can he watch dishnetwork card in it any 1 have idea?
and i wana use cccam there
so plz if some 1 have idea guide me thanx,

Nagra card is always tricky to use.

CCcam will not be a problem but for him to use his card there need to know the card details.

Then it will be easy but he will have to use Newcs and N Lines, as cccam does not read card directly.
