New Christmas banner and National flags

For the season we got a new banner.

For shortcutting to language sections we got hiperlinked flags on top.

Thanks Royal_Eagle for the banner and thanks Wizard for sorting the way it looks.

As a Diplomatic advisor I wish to bring to your attention that while I'm totally delighted with the new looks and grateful for the hard work our brothers put in it, I would like to suggest, for diplomatic reasons, that we change the title of this thread to: Christmas New banner and national flags as opposed to Christmas New banner and regional flags

The flags we have on top do not represent regions of their respective countries but rather the actual countries with their full territorial sovereignty :sleep:
